How do I return an item?

As much as we'd love to say yes, our items once sold are final - they're just too good to let go! However, if you have any concerns don't hesitate to send us an email - support@bloomnique.com

Can I exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges for change of heart. But if your order shows up damaged, capture it's not-so-glamorous moment on video and send it to us. We'll roll out the red carpet with a refund. Remember, with out the video evidence, our exchange policy is like a mystery novel with no final page - no exchanges!
